Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Leader for IT categories to drive global procurement across software, IT services, telecom, and hardware. You will manage cross-functional projects, align with business goals, and optimize costs while ensuring compliance.

This hybrid role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in global, matrixed environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, IT Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years procurement or supply chain experience, IT category sourcing preferred.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing processes and negotiation strategies.
• Experience leading in a global, matrixed environment and influencing at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of cloud/software procurement a plus.
• PMP or CPSM or public cloud certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead long- and short-term sourcing projects across IT categories, delivering cost savings and value creation.
• Develop negotiation strategies, conduct spend analysis and manage contract lifecycle per enterprise policies.
• Assemble and lead global project teams, define scope and objectives, ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and maintain documentation, reporting, and SOP-compliant updates.
• Build trusted relationships across a matrixed organization, liaise between IT owners, vendors and business units.
