Job summary

Conectiv Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an IT Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing of IT systems and software worldwide. You will develop and implement sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective IT solutions aligned with business goals.

The role requires strong vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive supplier performance using data analytics across global operations. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT sourcing and procurement experience.
• Experience in contract negotiations and vendor management.
• Knowledge of IT systems and software (MS Teams, SAP).
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT sourcing strategies to drive cost savings.
• Build relationships with IT suppliers and manage risk.
• Lead end-to-end IT sourcing process: RFPs/RFQs, pricing, contracts.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, Legal and other departments.
• Analyze supplier performance using market data and analytics.
• Manage non-IT sourcing as needed.
