Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line in Miami seeks a Sr. Manager - IT Support and Operations to lead a large technical team responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting a portfolio of software applications across multiple lines of business.

You will drive strategy, governance, and delivery, aligning IT initiatives with business goals while managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional partnerships to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 8+ years experience in leading IT and software development initiatives.
• 8+ years experience leveraging AWS/Azure Cloud platforms and application development.
• Experience managing third-party vendor relationships.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management.
• Ability to deliver large-scale initiatives.
• Travel less than 25%.
