Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking an Associate Director, Technology Sourcing to lead global sourcing for software, cloud, data centers, hardware, and related IT services. You will develop category roadmaps, drive high-value negotiations, and align with senior stakeholders across CSL to maximize value and minimize risk.

The role requires deep experience in enterprise technology sourcing, strong negotiation and governance skills, and the ability to influence across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or a related discipline, with significant experience managing technology and IT categories.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing global category strategies across technology spend, including enterprise software, SaaS, cloud services, IT infrastructure, hardware, telecommunications, cybersecurity, data centers, IT maintenance, and technology professional services.
• Proven success leading complex, high-value sourcing initiatives and negotiations, including enterprise software licensing, SaaS agreements, cloud models, managed services, and enterprise tech contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global technology category strategies and multi-year roadmaps across software, SaaS, cloud services, infrastructure, hardware, telecommunications, cybersecurity, data centers, IT maintenance, and professional services.
• Lead complex, high-value strategic sourcing initiatives and competitive tendering processes, including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, optimizing total cost of ownership and long-term value.
• Analyze spend, market trends, supplier dynamics, and risks to identify cost savings and value creation opportunities.
• Serve as global SME and strategic advisor for technology categories, staying current on emerging technologies and best practices.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and strategic suppliers to translate requirements into sourcing strategies and agreements.
• Provide guidance to Sourcing Managers and ensure consistent execution of category strategies and supplier governance.
• Lead supplier relationship management, governance, KPIs, scorecards, and continuous improvement programs.
