Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert for logistics processes and analyzing transport data to identify projects that drive improved efficiency through better costs.
• Coordinate with regional/site stakeholders, suppliers and logistics service providers to track and expedite shipments for on-time fulfillment and accurate billing.
• Develop, analyze, and deliver metrics/KPIs/dashboards; use metrics to manage effectiveness of strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Draft and update logistics-related SOPs, work instructions, process maps, and governance documents; conduct training.
• Support Customs & Trade Management and ESG activities as needed.
