Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 4 years of related experience.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Experience with packaging, shipping, and receiving IT equipment.
• Knowledge of diplomatic pouch procedures and DOS shipping protocols.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all packaging and shipping for IT equipment, including overseas shipments.
• Review bills of lading and packing lists; provide receipt copies to COR and GTM.
• Coordinate with the DOS pouch facility for foreign shipments; track via ILMS.
• Prepare materials for shipping; provide inventory copies for CST review.
• Set up replacement hardware per service desk priorities; track repairs.
• Maintain shipping records, inventory logs, and government property compliance.
