Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ServiceNow, automation and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate in a multi-cultural, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern BTS services for ABF businesses worldwide.
• Serve as primary conduit between User Services and ABF Businesses.
• Manage virtual team and align services with business outcomes.
• Monitor performance, SLAs, and drive service improvements.
• Collaborate with Business IT and Product managers on roadmaps.
• Act as Deputy for Head of User Services when needed.
• Provide holiday cover and participate in on-call rotas.
