Job summary

Bunge is seeking a North America Service Delivery Manager to join the Operations Team in the Business Technology organization in Chesterfield, MO. You will oversee delivery of internal software services, collaborate with development teams, admins, stakeholders, and users, and report to the Global Applications & Managed Service Operations Leader.

The role requires 5-8 years of IT delivery leadership, strong project management, and experience in agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business management field (Suggested: IT background, IT hands-on experience).
• 5-8 years of experience in managing delivery teams in Information Technology projects.
• Strong capabilities in area of project management and leadership.
• Experienced in managing multiple projects at the same time.
• Experienced in managing technical resources, team building and resource planning.
• Experienced on project planning activities as well as monitoring/reporting progress.
• Good understanding of Agile Methodologies, SDLC process and project delivery phases
• Experience in working in agile environment and scrum projects.
• Solid understanding of scrum roles and principles (Suggested: experience in Scrum Master or Product Owner role)
• Strong communication skills with comfort in speaking with all roles involved in the project.
• English fluency in speaking and writing.
• Demonstrated experience of working in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust.

A Day In The Life:

We are looking for a North America Service Delivery Manager with 5-8 years of experience to join the Operations Team in the Business Technology (BT) organization.
