B Lab is seeking an IT Security & Compliance Lead to orchestrate security governance across its global network. You will conduct audits, set baselines, enforce policy, and coordinate incident response with regional teams and product/engineering partners.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in information security, governance, risk and compliance (GRC).
• Knowledge of networking concepts and cybersecurity best practices.
• Familiarity with at least one recognized security framework.
• Experience with audits, risk assessments and vendor reviews.
• Understanding data protection regulations for global orgs (GDPR/LGPD).
• Incident response and business continuity planning experience.
• Hands-on cloud/SaaS security, esp. Google Workspace and identity management.
• Ability to translate risk into clear policies for non-technical teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead network-wide security governance, audits and risk assessments.
• Maintain baseline security standards and policy sets.
• Coordinate incident response and disaster recovery planning.
• Manage third-party security reviews and vendor risk.
• Oversee access controls across core platforms (MFA, SSO, least privilege).
• Collaborate with regional admins on device and endpoint security.
• Advise product/engineering on secure-by-design practices.
• Maintain KnowBe4 security awareness program and training.
• Support GDPR/LGPD compliance across regions; document evidence.
