Zusammenfassung

Legence is seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Specialist to drive the security posture across enterprise systems, cloud environments, and data. You will lead a team of cyber analysts, design secure cloud architectures, and embed security into DevSecOps while aligning with regulatory standards.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with IT and engineering, and communicate risk to senior leadership, ensuring ongoing improvements in detection and response capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5-10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with progression into senior or lead roles.
• Deep expertise in cloud security, network security, and enterprise security architecture.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and encryption.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming (Python/PowerShell/Bash) for automation.
• Experience with risk management, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Experience with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of cyber analysts to advance Legence's security posture.
• Design and implement secure cloud architectures and governance.
• Develop and enforce cyber security controls across identity and workload protection.
• Partner with engineering to embed security into DevSecOps.
• Evolve the organization's risk management program.
• Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and control evaluations.
• Translate technical risk into business impact for leadership.
• Develop automation frameworks to improve detection, response, and compliance.
• Integrate security tooling (SIEM, EDR, CSPM) into a cohesive security stack.
• Oversee threat detection and incident response across networks, endpoints, and cloud.
• Lead incident response, including triage and post-incident improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement of use cases and response playbooks.
• Lead vulnerability management lifecycle and coordinate pen testing.
• Contribute to governance, compliance initiatives (NIST, ISO, SOC 2).
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with stakeholders.
