Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Lead Risk Analyst to shape our IT risk program and help safeguard global commerce. You will lead risk assessments, manage risk and issue tracking, and partner with executives to steer remediation.

The role requires strong leadership, 5–7 years in IT risk or security, and relevant certifications. Travel may be required for mergers and cross-border activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred or related field.
• 10+ years in IT risk/security with managerial experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CRISC, CISA, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT risk assessments across applications, processes and systems.
• Manage risk and issue tracking, reporting to executives and boards.
• Develop mitigation plans and governance dashboards for regulatory needs.
• Mentor team members and drive risk-aware culture.
