Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of professional IT risk experience including 5–6 years in a managerial role.
• Strong technical skill set with cyber security knowledge.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for executive audiences and audits.
• Professional certifications such as PCIP, CISSP, CRISC, CISA or CGEIT are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members in IT risk management and risk/issue management.
• Lead IT risk assessments across applications, processes, and systems; manage risk mitigations.
• Develop IT risk reporting for executives and the Board to support risk-based decisions.
• Oversee risk assessment roadmap and quarterly reviews with stakeholders.
• Identify gaps, emerging threats, financial exposure, and remediation actions.
