Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.
• Typically at least 10 years of experience in IT risk or related fields.
• Minimum 5–6 years in a managerial role.
• Strong technical and cybersecurity knowledge.
• Experience with risk and audit engagements and executive communication.
• Certifications such as PCIP, CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CGEIT, GRCP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members in IT risk management and risk/issue oversight.
• Lead risk assessments across applications, processes, and systems and define remediation actions.
• Oversee SPOF assessments within M&A activities and may require international travel.
• Maintain centralized IT risk repository and ensure compliance with risk tolerance and mitigation measures.
• Develop IT risk reporting for executives and Board, including governance presentations.
• Recommend improvements to risk procedures and align with regulatory guidelines.
