Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business or a related field with a strong foundation in analytical and financial decision-making.
• Proven experience analyzing financial statements, credit data and risk indicators to make sound credit recommendations.
• Demonstrated success balancing risk management with commercial objectives.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to explain complex credit decisions.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive informed credit decisions that enable profitable growth while ensuring risks are identified, assessed and managed in line with established credit strategies and policies.
• Strengthen portfolio performance by evaluating risk exposure, recommending mitigation strategies and helping maintain a high-quality portfolio that supports long-term client and business success.
• Influence commercial outcomes by structuring credit solutions, negotiating approval terms and clearly communicating decisions to sales partners, relationship managers and clients.
• Enhance risk management practices by providing insights that support policy adherence, improve decision-making frameworks and contribute to continuous improvement across the credit function.
• Deliver trusted recommendations to leadership through thorough analysis and executive-level credit assessments that support timely approvals, strategic decisions and effective risk governance.
