Job summary

Accenture is seeking an exceptional consulting leader to serve as the Infrastructure Resiliency Lead, a senior L5 position with enterprise-wide ownership of IT resiliency strategy and execution. This role holds end-to-end accountability for BC/DR, HA architecture, DORA and regulatory compliance, crisis management, and geo-resilience design across the firm's global infrastructure estate.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, operational resilience, or technology risk.
• Experience leading resiliency strategy and regulatory compliance at large enterprises.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Own IT resiliency end-to-end—setting strategy, governing architecture, and driving execution across BC/DR, HA design, and geo-resilience programs.
• Lead crisis management design and response frameworks, including crisis simulations and executive escalation protocols.
• Sell and shape resiliency engagements at CIO/CRO levels, and manage commercial and delivery performance of sold engagements.
