Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a Continuity Manager to lead development, implementation, and enhancement of BC and ITDR capabilities in a highly regulated federal IT environment. You will collaborate with IT operations, cybersecurity, and governance teams to ensure rapid recovery and regulatory compliance.

The role involves conducting business impact analyses, risk assessments, and developing plans aligned with NIST, ISO, and ITIL 4 practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Emergency Management, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, IT operations, incident management, or related risk roles.
• Active SECRET security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain continuity and IT disaster recovery policies, standards, and playbooks.
• Perform business impact analyses and risk assessments to identify critical functions and recovery objectives.
• Coordinate creation and maintenance of continuity and recovery plans across apps, infrastructure, facilities, and vendor services.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate tabletop exercises, simulations, and failover tests; drive remediation with stakeholders.
• Collaborate to integrate continuity and resilience requirements into projects, changes, and operations.
• Produce dashboards and reports for leadership and compliance stakeholders.
• Lead or support investigations following incidents; drive root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance on resilience and continuity practices.
