Solina seeks an IT Project Manager (US) to lead enterprise application projects across manufacturing sites and functions. You will manage end-to-end delivery within the global IT Build organization, covering ERP, PLM, CRM, and integration projects.

This role requires 4+ years in IT project management and strong stakeholder management. Based in the US, the position offers exposure to multi-site environments and a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proven ERP or enterprise application implementation experience.
• Solid understanding of integrations, APIs, and data migration.
• Experience in manufacturing and multi-site environments preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions and geographies.
• PMP certification preferred; Agile certification is a plus.
• Fluent English required.
• Professional ethics.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of enterprise application projects across manufacturing sites and functions.
• Define scope, estimations, budgets, governance, and delivery options.
• Coordinate planning, RAID logs, and reporting to leadership.
• Manage budgets, vendor selection, contracts, and change requests.
• Oversee design, integration, data migration, testing, and release readiness.
• Support run readiness and Level 3 incident expertise.
• Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into actionable items.
