The role spans from ideation to production-grade deployment across multiple disciplines and vendors. You will develop and maintain project documentation, coordinate resources, plan deployments, and onboard/train application owners throughout the lifecycle to ensure successful hand-offs and delivery within scope, time,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in an IT/PM role; 2+ years in project management.
• Experience in the cruise line industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project management documentation (charters, plans, playbooks, etc.).
• Collaborate with project team members to obtain updates and ensure readiness from ideation to production deployment.
• Coordinate tasks and allocate IT resources; plan deployment to lab environment.
• Onboard and train application owners; ensure smooth transition/hand-off.
• Design requirements, testing, and deployment with cross-functional teams (DB, network, security, privacy).
• Ensure minimum standards and effective communication plans; report status and risks.
