Job summary

Lectra is seeking an IT Project Manager to join the Global IT team at the Tolland, CT office. You will coordinate technology projects, manage milestones and KPIs, and collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver value-driven solutions.

The role requires a proactive problem solver with strong communication, risk management, and cross-functional leadership skills. You will contribute to continuous improvement across enterprise platforms and build leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, business systems, IT operations, or related tech role.
• Experience supporting technology projects involving business applications, system implementations, or process improvements.
• Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Infor, Oracle, or other enterprise applications is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum project delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira and MS Office 365 applications.
• Experience developing project dashboards, reports, KPIs, and metrics using BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
• Plan, execute, and deliver technology projects with tracked milestones and timelines.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to maintain momentum and resolve issues.
• Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project plans, risk logs, status reports, and governance documentation.
• Develop and present project updates, KPIs, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Support change management activities including stakeholder communications and user adoption.
