Lectra’s Global IT team seeks an IT Project Manager to support delivery of technology initiatives that enhance business operations. Based in the Tolland office, you will coordinate activities across stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, driving projects from planning through delivery.

This role emphasizes risk management, KPI development, and clear stakeholder communication, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management or related tech role.
• Experience supporting technology projects involving business applications or process improvements.
• Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Infor, Oracle, or other enterprise apps is preferred.
• Experience in ERP implementations, cross-functional tech projects, or process improvements.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum project delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira and Office 365.
• Experience creating dashboards/metrics with Power BI, SAP BW, Excel, or BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and liaise between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
• Plan, track milestones, and manage project documentation and KPIs.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional communication.
• Prepare and present updates, materials, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Support change management activities including stakeholder communications and training coordination.
• Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure scope and plan alignment.
• Identify opportunities to improve project processes and reporting.
