Lectra in the United States (Tolland, CT) seeks an IT Project Manager to coordinate technology initiatives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver projects on time and within scope. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related technology roles.
• Experience supporting technology projects involving business applications, system implementations, or process improvements.
• Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Infor, Oracle, or other enterprise applications is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum project delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience developing project dashboards and KPIs using Power BI or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and act as liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
• Plan, execute, and deliver technology projects with tracked milestones and timelines.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive alignment and momentum.
• Gather and manage business and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, and governance documentation.
• Monitor risks and dependencies and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate testing, validate requirements, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Support resource planning, prioritization, and workload coordination.
• Prepare project updates, KPIs, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
• Assist with change management, communications, and user adoption efforts.
• Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables to stay within scope.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and continuous improvement.
