Job summary

Jabil is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead small to medium-sized initiatives and mentor a growing PM group. You will define scope, schedules, budgets, and risk plans, aligning with PMBOK standards and our global processes.

The role requires 3–5 years in project management, proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and ServiceNow, and a PMP certification is preferred. Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or equivalent is expected, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management or related experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and obtain stakeholder approval for project scope, requirements, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resources, and roadmaps aligned with PMBOK and standards.
• Coordinate requirements gathering and translate business needs into actionable deliverables.
• Manage project execution including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and change control.
• Monitor performance, identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Lead and mentor project team members to strengthen capabilities.
