Jabil seeks a Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives for defined customers and guide multi-functional project teams worldwide. You will manage and enhance customer relationships and take full accountability for budgets, schedules, and performance requirements for enterprise-level projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years of related project management experience
• PMP certification preferred
• Relocation in the USA considered

Responsabilités

• Gather and translate project requirements to execution plans
• Build and lead cross-functional teams across multiple projects
• Collaborate with customers from requirements through product acceptance
• Establish milestones and objectives with stakeholders
• Review schedules with project managers and coordinators
• Devise solutions to critical customer needs
• Develop project plans prioritizing goals and KPI targets
• Monitor KPI performance and manage scope, time, cost, and quality
• Analyze project costs including travel, training, and resources
• Ensure overall project success and cost efficiency
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
• Deliver high-quality customer service and timely issue resolution

Formation

Bachelor’s degree required; PMP preferred
