Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet in Houston seeks an IT Program Coordinator to support IT and digital transformation initiatives across North America. You will serve as a key liaison between North American teams and Asia-based headquarters, driving communication, project execution, and alignment across multiple IT programs.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Mandarin, highly organized, and comfortable working with technical and business stakeholders in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, business coordination, IT administration, or related roles.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT projects and initiatives across North American sites.
• Support communication and collaboration between North America and Asia-based teams.
• Organize and document project meetings, action items, and follow-up activities.
• Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Prepare project status reports, executive presentations, and meeting summaries.
• Assist with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, business groups, vendors, and external partners.
• Maintain project documentation and support project governance activities.
• Assist IT leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives.
• Occasional travel within North America may be required.
