Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field required.
• 1–2 years in a continuous improvement role or similar engineering discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface with production teams to identify improvement opportunities and gather requirements for system enhancements.
• Create automated dashboards and reporting systems for production performance tracking.
• Partner with IT to develop and implement system improvements and automation solutions for manufacturing operations.
• Drive systematic improvements across units through engineering and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop detailed business cases for digitalization initiatives and ROI justification.
