Alan is scaling internationally and needs IT Operations Specialists to own device security, SaaS platforms, identity access, and the daily IT experience of every Alaner. You will help run oncall support across five+ countries while contributing to build projects that remove operational toil.

IT at Alan is not a simple helpdesk—the role balances incident response with proactive improvements, vendor coordination, and hands-on enablement of secure, scalable technology for a growing global team.

Qualifications

• IT Operations Specialist to own device security, SaaS platforms and identity access.
• Role focuses on reducing operational toil and building projects with the IT Engineer.
• Time spent on run/support versus building improvements is balanced.

Responsibilities

• Provide oncall support for 900+ Alaners across multiple countries.
• Own device lifecycle: procurement, enrollment, repair, and inventory management.
• Manage identity and access across SaaS platforms (SSO/SAML).
• Co-own build projects with the IT Engineer leading them.
