Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Minimum 10-12 years of IT experience with leadership roles in regulated environments.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
• Hands-on leadership delivering infrastructure and workplace technology implementations.
• Experience with ITIL-based service management practices.
• Proven ability to manage managers/supervisors and deliver services on schedule.
• Deep experience with Microsoft, AWS, network and server management, and workplace services.

• Partner with Japan HQ and stakeholders to align technology roadmaps.
