Archer, based in San Jose, is shaping sustainable air mobility with an all-electric four-passenger VTOL. We seek a Senior DevOps Engineer to drive automation, CI/CD, and observability across cloud and on‑prem environments, focusing on large language model infrastructure and performance.

The role requires strong Linux administration, IaC, and scripting skills, with collaboration across MLOps and security teams and an on‑call rotation. Competitive base pay is offered.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Expertise with Kubernetes for design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Docker experience across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Proficient in Linux administration and Windows Server environments.
• IaC and config management with Terraform and Ansible.
• Scripting in Python and Bash for automation.
• Experience with Datadog or similar observability tools.
• Experience deploying and managing LLM infrastructure (LiteLLM, OpenRouter).

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy, and manage highly available, scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Develop and maintain configuration management for provisioning.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated releases.
• Administer Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Optimize observability with Datadog (logging, tracing, alerting).
• Manage LLM infrastructure with LiteLLM/OpenRouter.
• Automate repetitive tasks with Python and Bash.
• Collaborate with development, MLOps, and security teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
