Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience supporting mergers and acquisitions.
• 10+ years in HR/People & Organization roles in a large multinational.
• 7+ years in HR/P&O partner role with multi-country experience.
• 5+ years US onboarding experience and knowledge of US employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional M&A projects for US acquisitions.
• Develop end-to-end integration plans, workstreams, and communications.
• Collaborate with Corporate M&A, Finance, IT, Compliance on integration.
• Manage retention plans, job mapping, and compensation alignment.
• Coordinate with HRIS, Payroll, Talent Acquisition during integration.
