Job summary

Crayola is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global IS Infrastructure & Operations in Easton, PA to provide vision, leadership and support for all shared global IS infrastructure services.

The role ensures stability, integrity and efficient operation of information systems supporting core functions, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers. The candidate will define architecture standards, manage deployment and upgrade cycles, lead disaster recovery planning, and collaborate with IS

Qualifications

• 4 yr. BS Degree in Computer Science, Info Systems, or related field with 6 + yrs. of job related Experience and job related Certifications
• 2 yr. AA Degree in Computer Science, Info Systems, with 9 + yrs. or job related experience and required job related Certifications
• High School graduate with 12 + yrs. job related Experience with job related Certifications

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, communicate and enforce global architectural, technology and telephony standards.
• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of all shared infrastructure related policies and procedures.
• Responsible for implementation, management and production support for shared enterprise technology systems globally: Networking, Security, Firewalls and intrusion protection, Remote access services, File/print and network servers, Storage area networks, Data centers, data center management, data backup management, PC, handhelds, telephony standards.
• Responsible for global IT disaster recovery strategy, planning, and testing.
• Define patching tool requirements and automate deployments; coordinate OS/software deployments following agreed practice.
• Provide on-call support; respond to service alerts and coordinate with support staff.
