Job summary

PKR is seeking a hands-on IT Operations & Infrastructure leader to unite enterprise technology operations, infrastructure, end-user support, and internal systems. The role drives operational excellence while building a scalable, resilient IT organization, with hybrid work based in the Philadelphia suburbs.

You will lead a high-performing team, shape long-term infrastructure strategy, and partner with security and engineering to ensure secure, reliable technology operations across the company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• 5+ years in director-level or senior leadership roles.
• Experience leading IT operations within high-growth SaaS/cloud-native environments.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, endpoint management, identity management, and enterprise applications.
• Proven experience building and leading high-performing technical teams.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, licensing, and procurement.
• Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, Intune, AWS, Azure, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy, infrastructure operations, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Mentor the IT team while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee help desk operations and end-user support to deliver an outstanding employee experience.
• Drive automation, scalability, and operational maturity across technology systems and processes.
• Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, hardware procurement, and IT budgets.
• Develop and maintain business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resilience programs.
• Partner with security and engineering teams to support secure and reliable technology operations.
• Establish KPIs, reporting, and operational metrics for the IT organization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology strategy and operational initiatives.
