Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Sr. Manager for IT Factory & Datacenter Services to lead infrastructure delivery across factories, ICs, and corporate data centers.

This role ensures reliable, scalable IT and physical infrastructure to support critical operations and enterprise platforms, with leadership across multi-site global operations. The position reports to the Somerset, NJ office on a hybrid basis, with responsibilities spanning global facilities, vendor management, and ITSM

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, operations, or service delivery.
• 5+ years of leadership managing teams and operational functions.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and occasional site/factory visits.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery across Factories, Integration Centers and Data Centers globally.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of infrastructure services.
• Define, manage, and report on SLAs, KPIs, and service performance metrics.
• Drive standardization of service delivery processes across all locations.
• Lead Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes and drive continuous improvement.
