Job summary

Jade Global is seeking an experienced IT Facilities & Infrastructure Project Manager to lead delivery of complex IT facilities and infrastructure initiatives. You will manage cross-functional teams across global sites and collaborate with facilities, manufacturing, labs, and IT stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure projects, fluent English and Spanish, and proven vendor management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Engineering or IT.
• Active PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT Facilities and Infrastructure projects across global locations.
• Create, deliver and manage project scope, schedule, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Oversee infrastructure initiatives including structured cabling, network upgrades and OS patching.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Manufacturing, Labs, Security and IT teams for seamless execution.
• Drive vendor management activities including RFPs, SOW reviews, BOM validation and on-site coordination.
• Ensure all project documentation is reviewed and approved by IT stakeholders before presentations.
