Job summary

BayOne Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise IT infrastructure workstreams supporting office spaces, labs, facilities, and corporate real estate projects.

This role focuses on delivering physical IT infrastructure as part of relocations, remodels, and expansions, coordinating with Facilities, Construction, Networking, and Security teams to ensure readiness before occupancy. Strong stakeholder communication and vendor management are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing enterprise IT infrastructure programs
• Experience with office buildouts, labs, data centers, or corporate real estate
• Strong vendor, schedule, dependency, and budget management

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure delivery in partnership with Facilities and Construction
• Coordinate Networking, Wi-Fi, structured cabling, MDF/IDF, ISP/circuits, AV, conference rooms, and EUC
• Manage IT moves, adds, changes, vendors, contractors, and facilities partners
• Translate construction milestones into IT workstreams, timelines, and dependencies
• Manage budgets, risks, issues, resources, and project milestones
• Coordinate across Networking, Infrastructure, AV, EUC, Security, Applications, and Workplace teams
• Ensure IT infrastructure is fully operational and ready before occupancy

Not a general IT Project Manager role. Candidates must have experience delivering physical IT infrastructure as part of facility construction, office buildouts, expansions, remodels, or relocations.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

• Lead IT infrastructure delivery in partnership with Facilities and Construction
• Coordinate Networking, Wi-Fi, structured cabling, MDF/IDF, ISP/circuits, AV, conference rooms, and EUC
• Manage IT moves, adds, changes, vendors, contractors, and facilities partners
• Translate construction milestones into IT workstreams, timelines, and dependencies
• Manage budgets, risks, issues, resources, and project milestones
• Coordinate across Networking, Infrastructure, AV, EUC, Security, Applications, and Workplace teams
• Ensure IT infrastructure is fully operational and ready before occupancy

Ideal Background:

• 8+ years managing enterprise IT infrastructure programs/projects
• Experience with office buildouts, R&D/engineering labs, manufacturing, data centers, or corporate real estate
• Strong vendor, construction schedule, dependency, and budget management
• Excellent stakeholder/executive communication and risk management
• Ability to influence multiple technical teams without direct authority
