Job summary

Jade Global is seeking an IT Facilities & Infrastructure Project Manager in San Jose to lead high-visibility IT facilities, manufacturing, and infrastructure projects. You will drive end-to-end delivery, align with governance, and collaborate with Facilities, Manufacturing, Labs, Security, and IT teams.

Strong communication in English and Spanish is essential, with extensive vendor and budget management experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing IT Infrastructure and Facilities projects.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Active PMP certification required and must be listed on resume.
• Experience with low voltage cabling, AV systems, MDF/IDF design, network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT Facilities and Infrastructure projects across global teams.
• Create and manage project schedules, scope, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
