Job summary

onehealthineers is seeking a visionary Head of IT Strategy & Management Services to drive Diagnostics IT strategy, governance, and transformation. This role leads portfolio prioritization, operating model design and enterprise-level decision making across IT functions to enable innovation, security, and scalable growth.

You will build and lead a global team, align IT with business priorities, and ensure continuous improvement while managing budget and resources in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic, senior management, or head of IT/technology role.

Responsibilities

• Define and own DX IT strategy, governance and portfolio prioritization framework.
• Steers enterprise-level prioritization and trade-offs across DX IT domains.
• Develop long-term roadmaps, ensuring scalability and future-readiness.
• Own and govern DX IT decision frameworks, including prioritization and investment steering.
• Lead and orchestrate DX IT management functions (PMO, governance, quality).
