For our client, we are seeking a Head of IT DX Strategy & Management Services to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leader will shape the enterprise IT direction for a global healthcare organization, with a focus on digital transformation, governance, and scalable operating models. The role will guide prioritization across multiple IT domains and help ensure technology decisions support long-term business readiness. It will also partner closely with executive stakeholders to influence strategy, transformation, and organizational design across the IT function.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $244,000 – $335,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and own the IT strategy and governance framework for the digital transformation function.


• Steer enterprise-level prioritization across IT domains.


• Develop long-term roadmaps for scalability and future readiness.


• Drive transformation of the IT operating model.


• Lead and coordinate IT management functions to support global performance.


• Advise executive leadership on IT strategy and transformation decisions.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a strategic or senior management role.


• Proven track record defining and executing IT and digital strategies.


• Strong background in governance, risk, compliance, and cybersecurity oversight.


• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and multi-disciplinary teams.


• Familiarity with the MedTech industry is preferred.
