Job summary

Preply is seeking an experienced IT leader to drive strategy, architecture, and hands-on execution for a globally distributed company. You will shape an AI-native, automate-first IT organization, manage international fleet and identity, and partner with Finance on software spend and governance.

You will lead a lean, senior team, mature processes, and collaborate with C-level stakeholders to deliver measurable efficiency, cost control, and enhanced employee experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading IT teams in fast-scaling tech or SaaS.
• Architect and operator: set strategy and stay hands-on, including scripting and automation.
• Experience running international fleet, identity, and endpoint management.
• Strong SaaS spend management and FinOps practices, partnering with Finance.
• AI-first, automate-first mindset with a clear tooling point of view.
• Data-driven leader with dashboards and C-level stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a multi-quarter IT roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Set organization-wide tooling strategy and standards; consolidate and retire tools.
• Lead AI-native operations, automation, provisioning, access, and asset reconciliation.
• Manage international fleet, device lifecycle, identity, and endpoint management.
• Own IT spend visibility, contracts, renewals, and vendor rationalization with Finance.
• Build operating rhythms: SLAs, runbooks, and dashboards for leadership.
