Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement IT & BPO to shape category strategies and drive value across a ~$300MM portfolio.

You will partner with Global and Sector IT teams, Finance, Legal, and stakeholders to maximize cost savings, improve productivity, and reduce risk. The role leads end-to-end sourcing activities, including category strategy development, supplier selection, competitive bidding, contract negotiations, MSA/SOW, and supplier governance to achieve best-in-class

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field required.
• 8–10 years of procurement, finance, or IT experience.
• Experience with IT services, enterprise software tools, hardware/telecom procurement.
• Experience using AI agents or chat bots to expedite contract review and delivery execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier and sourcing strategies for IT and BPO categories (~$300M total spend).
• Lead sourcing, vendor negotiations, and contract development (MSA/SOW).
• Collaborate with Global and Divisional IT, Legal, and Finance teams to deliver savings and optimize supplier performance.
• Manage supplier governance and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead RFx processes, bid management, and supplier negotiations to align with PepsiCo policies.
