Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a Senior Manager to develop and execute supplier and sourcing strategies for Global Enterprise Software, focusing on ERP SaaS, licenses, and AI tools. You will drive RFPs, contract negotiations, and cross‑functional alignment across IT, Legal and Finance to deliver cost, quality, and service improvements at scale.

The role requires a decade of sourcing/procurement experience, a strong software background, and the ability to lead complex programs in PepsiCo’s matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or Science; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 10 years’ work experience in Procurement, Finance, Consulting, or technology field
• Experience working with and sourcing AI / Agentic products and software
• Must possess strong sourcing experience with SaaS providers
• Must possess strong understanding of software category, and strategies to procure products / services including, on/off prem licenses, perpetual, term/SaaS, AI agent / credit-based licenses
• Strategic, analytical, and project management skills; strong collaboration and influencing skills
• Ability to navigate PepsiCo’s ambiguous matrixed environment
• Direct experience with procurement of technology Software

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and implement comprehensive supplier and sourcing category strategies for Software ($200MM) that continually improve quality, cost, and service across PepsiCo business operations.
• Negotiate, manage and maintain services including on/off prem licenses, perpetual licenses, subscription licenses, SaaS, AI agent / credit-based licenses and RISE.
• Lead RFP, RFQ, RFI processes, competitive bids, and maintenance renewals.
• Lead cross-divisional IT teams, Legal and Finance in strategy implementation and contract negotiations.
• Achieve annual productivity targets within the Global Procurement productivity framework.
• Proactively manage the category by tracking supplier spend and performance against key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Drive process efficiencies and minimize risk in line with PepsiCo policies.
• Encourage MWBE supplier engagement and second-tier spend reporting.
