Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to develop and implement comprehensive supplier and sourcing strategies for Global Enterprise Software. The role focuses on SaaS, ELA and enterprise licenses, driving cost, quality and service improvements across PepsiCo operations.

You will lead cross-divisional teams, negotiate master services agreements, and manage complex software licenses while targeting productivity and risk reduction within PepsiCo’s matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or Science; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 2) 10 years of work experience in Procurement, Finance, Consulting, or technology field.
• 3) Experience working with and sourcing AI / Agentic products and software.
• 4) Strong sourcing experience with SaaS providers.
• 5) Knowledge of software category strategies for procurements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier and sourcing category strategies for Software ($200MM).
• Lead SOW, SaaS, and license negotiations and rate analyses.
• Collaborate with Global IT, Legal, and Finance on contracts.
• Drive RFP/RFQ/RFI processes and competitive bidding.
• Manage spend and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Promote use of MWBE suppliers where possible.
