Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering, DevOps, or automation engineering experience.
• 3+ years directly managing engineers.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams across time zones.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation and orchestration tooling and with building integrations across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Own integrations, automation, and AI-native workflows across Core IT.
• Build and maintain automation serving other functions, unlocking capacity.
• Evaluate and adopt new automation and AI tooling as it matures.
• Manage a team of engineers in US and India, grow capabilities.
• Set direction and a shared roadmap with defined metrics.
• Create a consistent working rhythm for a globally distributed team.
• Partner with ServiceOps and Business Operations to retire manual work.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and automation team.
