Acrisure is seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst to join the Global IT Asset Management team in Grand Rapids, MI. The role owns hardware and software asset governance, data integrity, lifecycle execution, audit readiness, and reporting.

You will partner with IT, Procurement, Finance and Security to maintain ServiceNow as the system of record, deliver KPI dashboards, drive data quality improvements, and support compliance programs while shaping ITAM policies and procedures for a growing global

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field, or 3+ years ITAM/IT operations experience.
• Experience with IT asset governance, lifecycle standards, and compliance support.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills with advanced Excel.

Aufgaben

• Own hardware asset lifecycle execution within HAM procedures and data destruction standards.
• Maintain data integrity in ServiceNow as the authoritative system of record.
• Own asset reporting and analytics, KPI tracking and audit-ready views.
• Support audits and compliance (NYDFS, SOX) with evidence and lifecycle documentation.
• Provide governance decisions on reclamation, lifecycle ambiguities and data remediation.
• Collaborate to improve ITAM policies, SOPs, and reporting enhancements.
