Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst to join the Global IT Asset Management team in Grand Rapids, MI. You will own hardware lifecycle execution, data integrity in ServiceNow, and asset reporting to support leadership decisions across HAM, SAM, and CMDB, while partnering with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Security.

Responsibilities include data governance, audit support (NYDFS/SOX like controls), and continuous improvement of ITAM policies and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT operations, asset management, or technology service teams in an enterprise environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to own data integrity and identify quality issues across large data sets.
• Demonstrated understanding of IT asset governance, lifecycle standards, and compliance support.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes for hardware asset lifecycle execution within HAM procedures and data destruction standards.
• Maintain data integrity in ServiceNow as the system of record and remediate gaps across asset, CI, and transfer orders.
• Own asset reporting and analytics, delivering KPI tracking, inventory accuracy, and audit-ready views for leadership.
• Support day-to-day audit/compliance activities by preparing evidence and validating asset data.
• Assist in policy and process improvements in ITAM governance with global teams.
• Collaborate with IT Support, Procurement, Finance, Security, and Infrastructure on stockroom operations and CMDB data hygiene.
