The ideal candidate has 12+ years in enterprise application support and 8+ years in leadership, plus ITIL v4 and ERP/quality systems experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
12+ years managing enterprise application support in a global environment.
8+ years leading distributed teams and vendor-managed services.
ITIL v4 certification and familiarity with DevOps and agile.
Experience with ERP, quality systems, and integration platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead global Level 2 and Level 3 application support teams across multiple regions with 24x6 coverage.
Oversee Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management aligned with ITIL standards.
Manage SLAs, KPIs, and escalations ensuring rapid restoration of service and clear communications.
Coordinate upgrades, patches, maintenance, and production changes with stakeholders and vendors.
Drive Process Excellence, RCA, automation, and knowledge management to improve MTTR and user satisfaction.
