Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC in Bridgewater, NJ seeks a Senior Manager, IT Application Support to lead global 2nd/3rd line application support, ensuring high availability and strong user satisfaction across ERP, QMS, LIMS, and other critical systems.

You will manage dispersed teams in the US, India, and Ireland, partnering with QA, Cybersecurity, and business units to implement ITIL-aligned processes, RCA, automation, and service improvements while meeting SLAs and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
12+ years managing enterprise application support in a global environment.
8+ years leading distributed teams and vendor managed services.
ITIL v4 certification and familiarity with DevOps practices.
Experience with ERP, quality systems, and integration platforms.

Responsabilidades

Lead global Level 2/3 application support across US, India, and Ireland with 24x6 coverage.
Own operational health, availability, performance, and lifecycle management of the application portfolio.
Establish and enforce global support processes, runbooks, and RCA for high-impact incidents.
Manage vendor relationships and service delivery against SLAs and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, SOX, cybersecurity, and IT controls.
