Job summary

Taiho Oncology, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, IT Applications to lead the global rollout and ongoing support of R&D applications across Taiho Oncology, Inc. You will coordinate with TOI, TPC, and Otsuka Holdings to ensure project requirements, communications, and governance are maintained worldwide.

The role requires strong PM skills, experience with regulated environments, and the ability to manage cross‑functional teams while delivering high‑quality results in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years in information technology, preferably in pharma.
• Experience supporting end users for production systems.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional and remote teams.
• Experience in a regulated IT environment with strong documentation and change management.

Responsibilities

• Act as PMO for R&D applications projects.
• Manage projects introducing new systems or upgrades.
• Coordinate globally across TOI, TPC, and Otsuka Holdings.
• Oversee daily operations and end-user support for assigned applications.
• Liaise between users and IT to ensure effective support and training.
• Document end-user support processes and provide knowledge references.
