Job summary

Taiho Oncology is seeking a Project Manager, IT Applications to advance the globalization of R&D applications with centralized management. You will ensure collaboration across TOI, TPC, and Otsuka Holdings, while supporting daily operations and global end-user support for business applications.

The role requires leading project implementations from planning to deployment, maintaining documentation, and liaising between IT and business clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in information technology, pharma preferred.
• Experience building user requirements and functional specs.
• Experience leading cross-functional and remote teams.
• Experience in a highly-regulated IT environment with strong documentation and change management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PMO for R&D IT applications projects and manage global stakeholders.
• Lead implementation of application and enhancement projects from planning through deployment.
• Oversee daily operations and end-user support for assigned business applications.
• Coordinate release planning, patches, and upgrades.
• Act as liaison between IT and business clients for requirements and communications.
• Maintain vendor and consultant relationships and ensure best practices.
• Document end-user support processes and provide knowledge references for service desk.
