Job summary

Taiho Oncology, located in Princeton, NJ, is seeking a Project Manager, IT Applications to globalize R&D applications and manage centralized application services. You will drive planning, deployment, and ongoing support for critical business systems across TOI, TPC, and Otsuka Holdings.

The role requires strong PM skills, experience with regulated environments, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work arrangements and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in information technology. Pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Experience supporting end users for production systems.
• Experience building user requirements and functional specifications.
• Experience leading and working with cross-functional and remote teams.
• Experience working in a highly-regulated IT environment with a strong documentation culture and formal change management process.
• Strong Project Management experience required.
• Knowledge of following R&D processes: Clinical Trial Management; Content Management; Electronic Regulatory Publishing, Submission and Tracking; Quality Management; Pharmacovigilance.
• Operational knowledge of MS Word, Project, Power Point and Excel are required.
• The successful candidate will be able to correspond in a poised and professional manner with all levels of management.
• Experience supporting following applications a plus: ARIS, MasterControl, TrackWise, Cara DMS, Wingspan eTMF, WinNonLin, Medidata RAVE and SAS.
• Working experience in Microsoft CoPilot.

Responsibilities

• Act as PMO for R&D Application projects.
• Lead planning and control information gathering.
• Manage software patches and upgrades to existing applications.
• Oversee daily operations and end-user support.
• Coordinate between user community and IT for access requests, training, and usability issues.
• Document end-user support processes and provide knowledge references.
• Collaborate with software vendors and consultants.
• Follow IT SOPs and industry-best practices.
• Lead requirements gathering for new solutions and run the RFP process.
