Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Compliance & Investigations Counsel to lead our investigations function and advance global compliance programs. The role reports to the Head of Corporate Compliance and Responsibility and offers hybrid or remote work within the United States.

You will own investigations, manage the whistleblower framework, enhance due diligence for partners, and drive training programs with measurable impact for a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as an attorney with corporate investigations experience.
• Experience designing investigations and implementing tech-enabled compliance processes.
• Familiarity with global whistleblower laws and regulations.
• Experience in technology companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build our legal investigations function collaborating with Finance and People & Culture.
• Oversee and improve the AI-enabled partner due diligence program and monitor channel partner risk.
• Enhance controls around gifts, business courtesies, and conflicts of interest with training guidance.
• Lead a modern training and awareness program to measure impact and reduce administrative burden.
